    Production Assistant Coordinator

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Assist the Production Coordinator with administrative tasks like production schedules and timesheets.
    • Assist in improving equipment reliability by identifying failure modes and sustainment of that process and operational consistency to reduce cost and raise performance.
    • Proactively seeks out potential failures with all equipment, creates Corrective Maintenance Work Orders to schedule work.
    • Support from other Management Team through establishment and tracking of plans to meet production and quality goals; revise plans as necessary to meet surge conditions and other production challenges.
    • Assist in daily review of production and quality data; identifying trends and problem areas; develop and execute corrective actions as necessary to keep production and quality performance on track.
    • Assist the Production Coordinator with planning and scheduling, inventory control and maintenance purchasing for all repairs, products, work schedules and meetings.
    • Assist in organizing, establishing and assigning work schedules for department staff to ensure efficient and effective department operation; load balance staffing to ensure smooth operations and avoid production bottlenecks and backlog.
    • Supervise, the staff operations and working procedures to guarantee the safety of all the staff and achieve zero accidents.
    • Assist with planning and scheduling, inventory control and maintenance purchasing for all repairs, products, work schedules and meetings.

    Qualifications:

    • At least diploma or degree and relevant experience or its equivalent in an avocado oil processing factory.
