Operations Officer

- We’re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Officer to ensure seamless day-to-day operations at ETG Insurance Brokers. You’ll manage client onboarding, policy administration, compliance, and system efficiency while supporting strategic goals through accurate data management and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy processing & data management using Birthmark software
- Client & sales support (onboarding, documentation, queries)
- Compliance tracking (IRA, AML, KRA, etc.)
- Reporting & finance coordination (MMR, Tally, premium reconciliation)
- Underwriter/vendor communication & process improvement
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years in insurance operations/brokerage
- Experience with Birthmark or similar insurance software
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks & insurance products
