Operations Team Leader at an Advertising and Market Support Solutions

Job Description:

• Safely driving the Operations team to various allocated sites.
• Observe all the traffic regulations while driving.
• Report any accidents/vehicle breakdown incidents to the Company's fleet manager.
• Receiving the daily work schedule from the Team Supervisor.
• Ensure the team has safely put on the appropriate personal protective equipment before undertaking any work assignment.
• Ensure the right flexes are carried and flighted to the respective sites.
• Ensure timely arrival to the allocated sites.
• Supervise the flighting activity and ensure flexi is installed as per the required standard.
• Take clear visuals after a flexi is flighted and share them with the Marketing Administrator.
• Hand over all invoices and receipts received from the County Government offices to the logistics officer.
