    Outbound Lead Generation Specialist

    Job purpose:

    The holder of this position will be focused on outbound lead generation for one of SALIX Data’s clients. His/her contribution will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the client’s sales department, the attainment of its goals, and the company's long-term growth.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate new leads.

    • Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
    • Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns.
    • Utilize sales and marketing automation tools to manage and track prospecting activities.
    • Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team to improve lead-generation strategies and campaigns.
    • Conduct outbound lead generation activities to generate new leads and opportunities for the sales team.
    • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
    • Proven experience in prospecting and lead qualification
    • Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong phone skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
    • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Seamless Ai, Sales Navigator).
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Knowledge of the sales process and sales methodologies.
    • Must be willing to work US hours (Eastern Standard Time zone).
