Partnership Associate

Role Overview:
- Lead strategic partnerships and manage donor relationships
- Drive growth across agriculture, climate finance, and financial inclusion
- Support cross-functional collaboration and regional expansion
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Economics, Finance, International Development, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, fundraising, or donor engagement
- Proven experience managing donor-funded projects
- Strong proposal writing, budgeting, and reporting skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
