Partnerships and Events Consultant at Renew Capital

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development

• Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with global and regional industry leaders (global tech companies, media outlets, government agencies, foundations and investors) to support the initiative.
• Develop high-impact partnership strategies that amplify the initiatives visibility, credibility, and influence.
• Negotiate and structure partnerships that align with Renew Capital’s mission while delivering tangible value to stakeholders.

Event Planning & Execution

• Manage all initiative logistics, sponsorship acquisition, venue setup, VIP invitations and speaker coordination.
• Work closely with Renew Capital’s executive team to ensure alignment between event strategy and broader business objectives.
• Provide weekly updates to leadership, ensuring all event milestones are on track.

Social Media Channel Activation & Digital Marketing

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to drive engagement before, during and after the launch.
• Leverage LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube to promote the initiative, engage stakeholders and amplify key messages.
• Activate influencer partnerships, founder spotlights and live event coverage to enhance audience reach and impact.
• Work with the marketing team to create compelling video clips, graphics and countdown campaigns that build anticipation.
• Coordinate with media outlets, bloggers, and industry influencers to maximize digital coverage of the initiative launch.

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including founders, investors, corporate partners and media contacts.
• Represent Renew Capital at high-profile industry events, fostering relationships that drive long-term growth.

Strategic Planning & Performance Tracking

• Develop and execute a detailed roadmap for the initiative’s launch, with clear milestones, KPIs and performance metrics.
• Monitor, analyze and optimize event outcomes, partnership effectiveness and social media engagement.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in partnership development, event management or related roles in investment, venture capital, entrepreneurship or financial services.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale events and securing strategic partnerships.
• Strong social media expertise, including platform activation, digital storytelling, influencer engagement, and content marketing.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation and relationship-building skills—comfortable engaging with high-profile stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing event budgets and financial performance.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with a talent for engaging diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in event management software, CRM tools and social media analytics.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments—able to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
