Parts Distribution Centre (PDC) Supervisor at Isuzu East Africa (Isuzu EA)

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, Parts & Accessories, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that Parts and Accessories required to run the business are processed, shipped, stored, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Implementing and monitoring strategic initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, safety, and other warehouse performance metrics.
• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of all import documentation.
• Collaborating with sales, operations and customer service teams on order delivery times.
• Ensuring all operations including inbound and outbound deliveries meet safety and quality standards.
• Ensuring and being accountable for inventory assurance and accuracy.
• Coordinating order processing to customers and dealers.
• Efficiently coordinating outbound logistics to customers and dealers.
• Monitoring warehousing and supply chain expenditure, material master changes, system & physical inventory movement.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (Upper second) in mechanical engineering or a business-related degree.
• CIPS Diploma in Procurement and Supply or its equivalent is an added advantage.
• KCSE mean grade B+.
