Performance Analyst/Economist II/ Statistician II at County Government of Nyeri

Duties and Responsibilities 
Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:  

• Gathering, collating and analyzing information and report on service delivery performance of county departments, directorates and County entities 
• Preparing and consolidating of performance progress reports for the 
• County departments. 
• Providing detailed data analysis (current and historical) and reports across all service delivery areas to ensure there is an ongoing and holistic view of performance. 
• Providing support during development of performance contracts and staff 
• performance appraisals for County departments. 
• Identifying performance issues to ensure the county government achieves performance targets. 
• Preparing briefs and reports. 
• Any other duty assigned by the supervisor 

Requirements for Appointment 
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: 

• Be a Kenyan Citizen (Attach ID). 
• KCPE and KCSE Certificate (Attach certificates).  
• Have a bachelor’s degree in any one of following fields, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science from a recognized institution 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. 
• Relevant experience of two years and above (Attach evidence).
