    Pharmacy Sales Representative

    Job Purpose

    We are looking for an ardent Pharmacy Sales Representative who can thrive in a hypergrowth business environment. The incumbent will act as the key link between the company and healthcare professionals within their assigned region with a goal to create awareness of Shalina Healthcare Products and maximize sales growth.

    Responsibilities

    1. Maintain a healthy stakeholder relationship i.e healthcare professionals and Pharmacies.
    2. Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
    3. Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure that our quality, affordable products and available to the consumers.
    4. Liaise with and persuade targeted Pharmacies to sell our products utilizing effective selling skills whilst realizing ROI.
    5. Assess clients needs and Provide product information and deliver product samples and present suitable promoted products.
    6. Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives Eg. Pharmacy attendants to influence targeted group in the decision-making process.
    7. Plan work schedules, weekly and monthly timetables with the Area sales Manager or discuss future targets.
    8. Monitor and analyse data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
    9. Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
    10. Assess clients needs and Provide product information and deliver product samples and present suitable promoted products.

    Qualifications and requirements

    1. Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
    2. Degree/Diploma in relevant field.
    3. Proven work experience of at least 6months as a Pharmacy Sales Representative.
    4. Familiar with the market trends, product lines and latest medical issues.
    5. Knowledge of MS Office.
    6. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
