Job Overview:

• AGC Tenwek Hospital Cardiothoracic Center is seeking a creative and skilled Visual Creator to join our dynamic marketing and communications team. This role is essential in capturing compelling visual content that promotes the center’s services, showcases patient stories, and enhances our overall brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare communication and a strong command of multimedia production.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Videography:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for various purposes, including patient testimonials, educational content, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and scripts that align with the center's strategic goals.
• Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent style and tone.

Photography:

• Capture professional-quality photographs of patients, staff, events, and facilities to highlight the center’s services
• Conduct on-site photo shoots during events or promotional activities, ensuring to capture authentic moments that resonate with our audience.
• Edit and retouch images to meet publication standards while maintaining the integrity of the subjects portrayed

Graphic Design:

• Design visually appealing graphics for a range of materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and digital advertisements
• Create engaging infographics and visual content that effectively communicate complex medical information in an accessible manner
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all designs align with the center’s brand and messaging strategies.

Requirements:

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Production, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience in videography and photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and an eye for detail and composition.
• Familiarity with healthcare marketing and communication practices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
