Physical Refinery Operator at AVCONEXPO

We’re seeking a skilled Physical Refinery Operator to operate, monitor, and optimize our refining processes. You’ll be responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining equipment performance, and upholding the highest safety standards in our operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor physical refinery equipment and production lines
• Maintain consistent product quality and operational efficiency
• Conduct inspections, identify issues, and support maintenance activities
• Adhere to all HSE, environmental, and quality compliance requirements
• Record operational data and prepare daily production reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field 
• 2–7 years of experience in physical refining operations (edible oil preferred)
• Strong knowledge of refining equipment, process controls, and quality standards
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in shifts in a high-demand manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with industrial safety and HSE best practices
