Talent Grid Africa is recruiting on behalf of a growing restaurant chain in Mombasa seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo) to lead the execution of its pizza station.

The ideal candidate should have:
- 2+ years of active Pizza Chef/Pizzaiolo experience
- Proven expertise in hand-crafted, artisanal pizzas
- Strong understanding of dough hydration, fermentation and manual stretching
- Experience operating specialized pizza ovens
- The ability to maintain quality and consistency during high-volume service
- Strong teamwork, communication and food-safety practices
- Flexibility to work restaurant shifts, including evenings and weekends
