    Portfolio Executive

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Evaluating and monitoring programs while proactively analyzing and interpreting financial data to prepare reports, presentations, initial recommendation to the highest standards in a timely manner.
    • Produce ad-hoc return-on-investments analysis as required by the Director.
    • Ensuring effective quality assurance through contract negotiations and tender submissions while adhering to institutional policies and guidelines.
    • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and arrange their distribution accordingly.
    • Act as a first point of contact for the Directors business partners and team members in a highly professional manner. • Conduct required research and analysis activities providing efficient and solution focused Summaries. •Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Reviews and updates customer loan files, loan agreements, etc. to ensure adequacy for credit processing and loan bookings.
    • Account Management.
    • Product Development. •
    • Contract development and loan calculations.
    • Ensure reconciliation of loanees listing is done and on time.
    • Responding to customer queries and advising them accordingly.
    • Filing of documents.
    • Data entry.

    ROLE REQUIREMENTS

    • Must have a B.com in Finance or Business Administration. •
    • Must be experienced in Banking especially in a loan department and Must be good with loan processes. •
    • Must have over 5 years’ experience in the financial sector. •
    • Must be ready to work under pressure. • Must be goal oriented
    • Adhere to various company policies and procedure
    • Must have knowledge of financial data analysis and report writing
    • Must have the ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
    • Must have strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills
    • Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
