An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Institute for Resilient Health Systems (IRHS) as a Post Doctoral Research Associate (PDRA) in Health Systems. This post will be based in Nairobi, Kenya, with frequent travel to Kisumu and will play a key role in conducting and disseminating research on health system resilience across Kenya, Malawi, Zimbabwe and the United Kingdom.
As PDRA, you will support the establishment of the IRHS by delivering innovative research that strengthens understanding of health systems’ abilities to prepare, adapt and transform in the face of health shocks. You will also contribute to capacity strengthening and knowledge translation efforts, and collaborate with senior colleagues to identify strategic research and funding opportunities.

This is a 2-year fixed-term, strategic faculty position spanning the Department of Clinical Sciences and the Department of International Public Health.
