    Pre-Sales Account Executive

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and craft tailored Zoho Books- based solutions.
    • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
    • Support the sales process by providing technical expertise and answering client queries.
    • Assist in the onboarding of new clients by ensuring technical solution alignment.
    • Document client requirements, solution specifications, and implementation strategies.
    • Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in Zoho Finance packages and other related software tools.
    • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems, or any related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in a Pre-Sales role preferably within the finance or ERP space.
    • Practical experience with Zoho Finance Suite, especially Zoho Books, and/or other finance tools like QuickBooks.
    • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.
    • Ability to gather, document, and interpret customer requirements with accuracy.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
