Business Leader: Treasury Management at Cellulant Corporation

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

This role will be responsible for carrying out business analysis and project management in order to support the treasury function across a large spectrum of treasury automation projects, system implementations and other optimisations.

This role comes with a lot of exposure across a number of key systems and projects. The candidate will have a primary focus on planning and delivery. The role will also require both a hands on and hand off approach depending on the project or work stream.  Upon successful delivery of the project, this role has potential to evolve towards leading other areas of the Treasury function.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Treasury Management System Implementation (FIS Integrity)
  • Bank Connectivity - Main point of contact with our banks
  • Cash Management & FX Module
  • Transactions processing module
  • Debt Module
  • Accounting Module
• SWIFT Alliance lite II Implementation
• TMS & Oracle NetSuite interface
• TMS & other internal systems interface 
• Cash Flow forecasting improvements & automation in partnership with our Operations team
• Support the FX & Liquidity team with Cash Management & Working Capital projects

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Must have experience:

• Track record of Successful TMS implementation
• Treasury experience within a global organisation, with solid understanding of African banking regulations & payment systems
• Understanding of Treasury Markets & products: Transactional banking, Cash Management & Liquidity, FX & Risk management

Experience that will count in your favor:

• Implementation or knowledge FIS Integrity system
• Comfortable in leading Treasury automation projects

Nice to-have experience:

• Familiar with Oracle NetSuite

Qualifications:

• Degree in Treasury or Finance

Skills:

• Good technical skills and ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
• Good level of Excel with advanced skills desirable
