Printing Operator at Pearl Troy Limited

Job Description

• Have a working experience of large printing machineis;
• Supervise all operations in the printing sections;
• Maintain records of quantities of products dispatched internally and externally;
• Ensure quality of work and meet customers’ expectations;
• Minimize wastage in all bindery
• Formulate and set performance targets and supervise, coach and mentor staff for optimal performance outputs;
• Maintain plant resources to ensure optimal utilization levels
• Manage machine preventive maintenance programs

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Printing Technology and Publishing or Its
• Higher National Diploma or Diploma in Printing Technology or a relevant field from a recognized
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work
  • Problem solving,          analytical,     leadership,                  decision        making,   integrity,        good communication, organization and planning skills.
• A good team player maintains high work standards, reliable, easily adapts to new environments, pays attention to detail and self-motivated.
