OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSIGNMENT

The objectives of the salary survey include:

• Assessing market salary trends for roles similar to those at Adeso in the private sector and social enterprises.
• Ensuring alignment with industry salary benchmarks in Kenya, Africa, and the Global South.
• Recommending salary structures that promote fairness, competitiveness, and equity across locations.
• Identifying best practices for salary alignment in organizations with similar size, structure, and operational scope.
• Providing insights into benefits, allowances, and other compensation elements commonly offered in the sector.

DELIVERABLES OF THE ASSIGNMENT

The consulting firm will:

• Conduct a salary benchmarking exercise in Kenya, Africa, and Asia.
• Identify salary ranges for various roles within the private sector and social enterprises.
• Evaluate salary comparisons across locations while maintaining fairness and competitiveness.
• Provide case studies or examples from similar organizations.

QUALIFICATIONS
