Procurement & Logistics Officer at Orient Construction and Interiors

Key Responsibilities

PROCUREMENT SUPPORT

• Source materials, prepare purchase orders, obtain supplier quotations, and maintain procurement records.

LOGISTICS & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

• Coordinate material deliveries, monitor inventory, and maintain accurate logistics documentation.

SUPPLIER & SITE COORDINATION

• Liaise with suppliers and site teams, monitor supplier performance, and ensure compliance with procurement procedures.

REPORTING & ADMINISTRATION

• Prepare procurement reports, maintain documentation, and support compliance with company policies and audits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years’ experience in procurement or logistics, preferably in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction materials and site operations is an added advantage.
• Membership with KISM or CIPS is required or in progress toward certification.
