Procurement Manager at Gold Crown

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing and supplier management of packaging materials locally and internationally. The role focuses on cost optimization, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and ensuring a reliable supply of materials to support business growth, supply chain efficiency, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and obtain quotations
• Prepare purchase orders and procurement reports Negotiate prices and contracts with vendors
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Maintain procurement records and documentation
• Monitor inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Professional qualification such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of
• Procurement and Supply) and KISM(Kenya Institute of
• Supplies Management)is an added advantage.
• Minimum [3-4] years experience in procurement
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems
