Procurement Officer at Kilimall

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and validate purchase requisitions.
• Source suppliers, request quotations, and prepare comparison reports.
• Draft LPOs, follow up on deliveries, invoices, and payments.
• Procure office supplies, facility repair items, and technology equipment (IT hardware, CCTV, printers, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with documentation, KRA requirements, and three-way matching.
• Track procurement progress, supplier KPIs, and prepare routine reports.
• Support GA tasks including permits/licenses liaison and administrative contract coordination with Legal.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Procurement/Supply Chain/Business or related field.
• 1–2 years’ procurement experience (operational/admin procurement preferred).
• Strong Excel skills (quotation analysis).
• Good communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Experience working with Legal/Finance/government entities is an advantage.
