Procurement Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 years

- Job Field Procurement / Store-keeping / Supply Chain
VA/1 Procurement Officer
- Consolidate the procurement needs from all departments
- Maintain and update a standing list of registered tenders on an annual basis.
- Issue procurement/disposal documents to suppliers and coordinate the evaluation of tenders, quotations and proposals up to publishing of notices of award/issue of rejection letters.
- Float quotations and prepare purchase and service orders.
- Monitor Contract management by user departments to ensure implementation of contracts in accordance to terms and conditions of contract.
- Prepare and certify the invoices and payment vouchers of suppliers.
- Perform any other assignments as directed by Management.
Academic Qualifications
- Degree in Purchasing and Supplies Management
- Relevant professional qualification certificate
Experience
- Three (3) years relevant experience
Membership

The candidate must have valid KISM membership.
