Product Manager (Dynamics 365 Specialist) at Kasha Kenya

Job purpose:

To oversee the rollout of Dynamics 365 as the primary contact, collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Business, and Engineering teams to implement Dynamics CRM/CE. Work hand-in-hand with IT colleagues to ensure the seamless provision of IT, driving maximum business benefit. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer this position will contribute to business efficiency, customer engagement, and overall Kasha’s growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive product roadmaps and specifications for MS Dynamics solutions, outlining feature development and release plans in alignment with Kasha’s goals.
• Articulate a clear and inspiring vision for MS Dynamics products, guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the realization of that vision.
• Gather and assess customer feedback, leveraging insights to refine product features, requirements, and overall user experience.
• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with service providers and business partners, fostering collaboration to enhance the MS Dynamics ecosystem.
• Take a hands-on approach in managing product backlogs, organizing iteration planning sessions, and ensuring user stories are well-defined and actionable.
• Spearhead the development of product release plans, setting clear expectations for delivery timelines and coordinating efforts to bring new functionalities to market.
• Conduct in-depth market research, user behavior analysis, and continuous monitoring of the product roadmap to adapt and align with evolving market trends and user needs.
• Act as the advocate for end consumers, ensuring their needs and preferences are prioritized in product development decisions and that the final product resonates with their expectations.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science from an accredited institution.
• 3+ Years of Business or System Analyst Experience with The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Product for Finance and Accounting
• 3+ Years’ Experience Working with Software Development Teams and Software Development Life-Cycle Processes
• Proven Experience with Business and Technical Requirements Analysis, Elicitation, Modelling, Verification, And Methodology Development.
• Ability To Create Systematic and Consistent Requirements Specifications in Both Technical and User-Friendly Language.
• Experience With ERP Or High-Level Accounting and Reporting Systems Required.
