Product Manager - Reconciliation at Credrails

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with expertise in reconciliation who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out a reconciliation product that delivers the company’s vision and strategy.

The Reconciliation product allows businesses to always know their cash positions all in one interface. We help businesses in payments,betting and crypto,with more use cases being built daily.

As a technical product manager on the Reconciliation team, you work with customers to understand their needs,work on creating the roadmap and work cross functionally with the engineering team to deliver it.

You will

• Gain a deep understanding of customer need and experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Have a deep understanding of reconciliation processes.
• Translating product strategy into detailed plans, requirements and prototypes
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market
• and optimal resources
• Drive product launches
• Manage all aspects of product including customer feedback,
• requirements, and issues
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Together with the executive team, develop product pricing and
• positioning strategies.

• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid technical background with previous experience as a PM.
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems
• Technology Management or equivalent
