Professional Technical Report Writing and Editorial Services
SI seeks to prequalify consultants to provide consultancy services on need basis. The consultants may be required to travel to Somalia if and when necessary. The prequalified consultant will receive approved SOW from ELMI Somalia operations team upon USAID request.

Qualifications
At least 5-8 years of professional experience in the fields of writing/editing/quality proofreading/copywriting of research studies.
Proven track record of research studies and publications (please share links or documents of some of the previous publications done).
Knowledge of relevant software for production of high-quality publications, ready-to-print files, and electronic versions for web-posting.
Strong analytical and writing skills and track record in producing relevant knowledge and communication materials for various target audiences including government, development partners, private sector, and the public.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience in organizing and facilitating the production of publications.
Proven ability and capacity to deliver and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with similar organizations, particularly organizations that work with the private sector, county governments is an asset; and
Experience with donor-funded programs (USAID) and projects, particularly in areas of economic growth, resilience, and collaboration, learning and adaptation.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the field of graphic design and layout of high-quality knowledge and communication materials in the relevant field.
