Bachelor’s Degree in Water Technology or related field.
Experience implementing water and sanitation projects is mandatory.
At least Three (3) years of relevant experience with Two (2) years of involvement in community work; mobilizing outreach activities, or training communities with NGOs in Kenya.
Possess skills in proposal and report writing, project cycle management and participatory monitoring and evaluation of projects.
Flexible and able to work under pressure.
Strong commitment to the organization’s mission, vision and strategies.
Ability to manage time, multitask and prioritize.
Having a good geo-political understanding of the county will be an added advantage.
