Project Coordinator at Imexolutions

• We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Coordinator to play a critical role in our organization's success. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective planning, execution, and reporting of complex, cross-departmental projects from start to finish.
• As a key member of our team, you will work closely with project managers and department heads across engineering, procurement, and installation to drive efficiency, enhance collaboration, and ensure accountability.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and tracking the progress of ongoing projects.
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and risk registers.
• Facilitating clear communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders.
• Organizing and leading regular project review meetings with clear action points.
• Identifying and escalating bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Mandatory PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification.
• 3–5 years’ experience in project coordination, preferably in the electrical, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
