Property Agent at Fantom Capital Limited

The Property Agent will facilitate the daily operations of residential and commercial properties. This role ensures that properties are well-maintained and fully occupied, as well as rents are collected.

Key Responsibilities:

Tenant Management

• Market vacant properties and screen potential tenants.
• Prepare and manage lease agreements.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests.
• Enforce lease terms and handle tenant disputes or evictions when necessary.

Property Maintenance

• Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure safety and upkeep.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Financial Management

• Prepare and manage property budgets.
• Collect rent, security deposits, and other payments.
• Maintain accurate records of income and expenses.
• Provide financial reports to property owners.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain organised files for leases, tenants, maintenance, and financial records.
• Use property management software and tools to streamline tasks.
• Prepare reports for ownership on occupancy, revenue, and performance.
