In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our platform and prospective investors. You will guide clients through the property acquisition process, help them evaluate mortgage options, and provide data-driven investment advice. Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation & Sales: Engage with local and diaspora clients to understand their investment goals, and recommend suitable properties from our curated portfolio.
• Mortgage & Financial Advisory: Utilize our mortgage affordability assessment tools to guide clients on financing options, ensuring they make informed and sustainable purchasing decisions.
• Market Insights: Leverage our platform’s regional rankings and market data to educate clients on high-potential investment areas and ROI projections.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Actively source new leads through networking, digital platforms, and referrals, and successfully convert them into closed sales.
• Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing continuous post-sale support and updates on market trends to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Reporting: Track sales activities, client feedback, and market trends, providing regular reports to the management team to help refine our platform's offerings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales, property investment, or mortgage brokering.
• Deep understanding of the Kenyan real estate market, property laws, and mortgage financing processes.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• High level of self-motivation, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and digital sales tools.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Swahili is highly advantageous.
