    Provident Fund Officer

    Brief Description        

    • Promote a professional high quality frontline customer centric service by resolving member queries and member issues raised

    Detailed Description        

    • Implement member relations strategies and policies to enhance member loyalty and best member practices
    • Attend to member complaints, expedite corrections, and follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Maintain proper partner relations by managing member records and directory of members ’contact details, handle member accounts and provide guidance on enhancing member relationships
    • Formulate programs for retaining member loyalty by establishing rapport with members
    • Plan and develop member focused programs to create a stronger service culture.
    • Supervise the resolution of member concerns and facilitating delivery of service to members
    • Undertake member surveys, follow up customer feedback to enhance member satisfaction
    • Financial management roles and responsibilities
    • Review and verify invoices and related documents for completeness and accuracy;
    • Prepare payment vouchers in respect of all payments and post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records for management reporting;
    • Maintain an up to date filing system for payment for ease of retrieval and reference;
    • Respond to Service Provider and staff inquiries on payments;
    • Handle member queries
    • Maintaining controls on spending to ensure budgetary limits are not exceeded
    • Liaising with Internal and External auditors and responding to queries, observations and recommendations
    • Providing operational financial support and guidance to the Finance and Investment Manager on budgeting and financial performance
    • Comply with tax filing requirements by studying regulations;
    • Ensure proper and accurate processing of payments as per approved policies and procedures for the Scheme
    • Ensure all bank reconciliations are prepared on monthly basis;
    • Ensure safe custody of accountable documents and information.
    • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

    Job Requirements        

    • Bachelors ’degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any other business-related field
    • CPA Part 2
    • A minimum of Three (3) years’ experience in pension industry setting
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrable ability to multitask.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office
