Job Description: Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, this position is responsible for supporting the implementation of a Nursing Quality and Clinical Risk program, monitor all related activities and ensure transparency in all matters pertaining to clinical incidences. Additionally, this position will ensure risk assurance and management of clinical risks for all clinical areas in the hospital.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing from a recognized university with 8 years work experience with valid certification in BLS, ACLS. Specialty degree in Quality Management will be an added advantage. The position demands active knowledge of Nursing Administration, Clinical Skills, Quality Assurance and Clinical risk management. In addition, successful candidates must have excellent Knowledge of COHSASA/JCI and MOH/WHO standards of practice
