    Quality Assurance Manager

    REPORTING TO: CEO
    CATEGORY: MANAGERIAL POSITION
    REF NO: IHR-REC-011 -1182022-QAM

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

    The jobholder will be responsible for maintaining, reviewing and improving the Risk and Quality assurance framework, strategies, and matrices to ensure operational risks and controls are managed appropriately to meet external, internal and regulatory requirements.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Overseeing the QA of the company, ensuring that customers are provided with exceptional customer experience
    2. Developing, assessing and refining processes & procedures to ensure continuous improvement in the delivery and quality of services, remedy any existing performance gaps, and adapt to changes in business needs
    3. Conducting statutory risk and quality assurance audits to ensure sustenance compliance
    4. Undertaking research on emerging trends on risk and quality assurance
    5. Developing Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Quality Reports
    6. Promote a strong customer centric and quality culture
    7. Establishing standards governing customer interactions and implementing monitoring programs
    8. Designing training programs or process enhancements that correct quality issues

    QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Have not less than 2 years in quality and in a similar role
    2. Education: Must have a training or quality certification relating toa retail business from a recognized certified institution
    3. Must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
    4. He should have exceptional listening and analytical skills.
    5. Proficiency in computer applications
    6. Have strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
    7. Have demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
    8. Should be dedicated to provide exceptional service to the company
