Quality Improvement Nurse at University of Nairobi

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in quality improvement training of neonatal unit staff
• Champion implementation of the quality improvement project
• Maintain a register of all participants included in the project.
• Prepare and maintain good filing system (both the study participants and source verification documents) for all enrolled participants.
• Collect accurate data and resolve any discrepancies with data team.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the Principal Investigator

Job Specifications:

• Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse.
• Valid registration with relevant body.
• Two (2) years of clinical experience post qualification
• Training and experience in research, quality improvement and IT will have an added advantage.
