Checking proposals quoted by the sales team in the system
Ensure that all prices in the system are accurate according to the suppliers accommodations, activities, park fees, jeep prices, flights, and supplements
Act as an information center for the sales team
Keep track of unpaid confirmed bookings
Creating and amending itineraries
Adding supplements, surcharges or discounts where needed
Ensure the room configuration and pricing are correctly updated in the system
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a quotations officer/accountant in the hotel/ tourism industry is a must
Knowledge in accounts will be an added advantage
Bachelor’s degree/diploma – Tours and Travel management
