Tour Operations and Reservations Officer at Summit Human Resource & Marketing Consultant

Job location: Nairobi

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tour bookings, hotel reservations, flights and transport arrangements.
• Prepare tour itineraries, quotations and travel schedules.
• Coordinate tour guides, drivers, hotels and other service providers.
• Respond to customer enquiries, process bookings and handle cancellations.
• Follow up on payments and maintain accurate booking records.
• Promote tour packages and convert enquiries into sales.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or degree in Tourism, Travel or Hospitality Management.
• At least 2 years’ experience in tour operations or reservations.
• Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills.
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of booking systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings.
