Reach Stacker Mechanic at Interactive Resource Management Ltd

Your Tasks and Responsibilities;

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on reach stackers and other related heavy equipment.
• Inspect, test and adjust equipment to achieve maximum performance.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records.
• Plan for preventing maintenance of all machineries to confirm to the highest performance.
• Inspect and service company equipment to have them in good condition.
• Work collaboratively with the operations team to schedule repairs and minimize equipment downtime.
• Carry out effective diagnosis and identify faulty parts and problems as reported by the
• operators and ensure prompt rectification to restore the preferred mechanical standards.
• Prepare and follow a schedule for oil changes and lubrication of each equipment and machinery.
• Removing, inspecting, overhauling, cleaning and installing the various machinery parts and equipment with a view of servicing, repairing and maintaining the same.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Diploma in mechanics, heavy equipment maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge or hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems
• At least 5 years’ experience as a mechanic, preferably with reach stackers or similar heavy equipment
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
