Real Estate sales Executive
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 - 3 years
- Location Nairobi

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and the company
- Promote sales of land through advertisements, social media platforms &networking.
- Coordinate appointments to show land to prospective buyers.
- Meeting and exceeding the sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationship with clients & maintain contacts of all potential customers.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of land they are seeking
- Make presentations to clients & take them to see the land.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase
- agreements, closing statements, deeds & leases.
- Any other duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in sales and marketing or any other related fields
- 2-3 years experience in real estate sales
- Hardworking, goal oriented & self motivated.
