Receptionist
- Job Type Full Time , Onsite
- Qualification Diploma , KCSE
- Experience 1 - 2 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Administration / Facilities
- Salary Range KSh 16,000 - KSh 30,000/month
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum KCSE Certificate.
- Certificate/Diploma in Front Office Operations, Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Hospitality, Customer Service, ICT or a related field is an added advantage.
- Basic computer training/ICDL is an added advantage.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 1–2 years’ experience in reception, administration or customer service is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and computer skills may also apply.
- Experience in an educational institution is an added advantage.
ESSENTIAL COMPUTER SKILLS
- Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Email communication.
- Student records/data entry.
- Online portals/LMS systems.
- Printing, scanning, photocopying & filing.
