Regional Manager at Navitas

Key Responsibilities: 

• Drive student recruitment from the region to achieve set annual targets and KPIs for ECU and Edith Cowan College (ECC)
• Provide education agents and business partners with regular training on ECU programs, pathways, compliance, and other required topics.
• Represent ECU at education exhibitions and recruitment events in the market.
• Organize and run tailored events promoting ECU to prospective students.
• Work effectively with the Line Manager to develop and implement strategies to optimize the results from the region.
• Leverage the existing relationships and market intelligence to identify viable business opportunities, target markets, and segments.
• Provide reports on in-market activity, results, and insights as required.
• Promote ECU and partners by liaison with various external stakeholders such as Austrade, DoHA, and other government bodies.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: 

• Strong command in the English language both oral and written.
• Tertiary degree level qualification and relevant work experience
• High level of interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Flexible attitude to work including a willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of in-market activities.
• Proven track record of implementation of innovative business development/improvement strategies
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines, change priorities and take responsibility for decisions and outcomes.
• Experience with the West African Market

Desirable Skills:

• Experience working as a representative for an Australian or other international institution in the market.
• International study experience(s)
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
