Regional Marketing and Communications Manager at Sistema Biobolsa

Your mission at Sistema.bio:

Regional Marketing and communications manager will be responsible for creating and supervising all the marketing and communication strategies for the region through leading the company's marketing efforts by creating demand in all the different markets across the continent that we operate in and focusing on the diverse target audiences, including end-clients (farmers), sales channel partners, and funding partners.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Developing and executing the regional Marketing and Communications strategies and plans for our end-clients (farmers) and funding partners to enhance the Sistema.bio's brand recognition and demand generation.
• Collaborating with our  regional sales channel partners to develop joint marketing programs and initiatives in order to maximize revenue through our joint relationships.
• Leading market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competition in regional markets for Sistema.bio and our regional sales channel partners.
• Leading regional Marketing and Communications teams to create compelling and localized marketing content, including rural marketing and digital marketing.
• Identifying and overseeing thought leadership activities to showcase the potential of biodigesters as a desirable social  and environmental impact program and investment.              
• Overseeing Regional Funding Partner value proposition and content production to ensure a messaging approach that resonates for different types of funding organizations, in order to “speak their language.” This may include, decks, presentations, videos, funding applications, press releases, white papers, opinion articles, keynotes, program reports, and editorial opinion pieces.       
• Monitoring  regional, and sales partners campaign performance, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and insights to improve marketing campaigns.
• Managing Regional Marketing and Communications Budget to ensure maximum cost-efficiency.

More about YOU:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, corporate communications or PR, a Masters degree will be an advantage.
• Certification in Digital Marketing is preferred.
• You have over 7 years of experience in communications and marketing with +5 years experience in demand generation, lead generation or similar marketing experience with a strong preference for emerging markets.
• Proven experience in channel marketing and corporate marketing facing gov and/or multilateral organizations.
• Experience with direct marketing to farmers is highly desirable, preferably for hardware or other product-based solutions. 
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content strategy, and campaign execution. 
• Passion to build and execute on marketing strategies that drive significant leads.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,  Salesforce and other tools (such as Tableau and SQL) to drive insights using data and analytics.
• Interest in creative marketing approaches and in creating conversion-oriented content.
• Fluent in English.
