Regional Sales Executive(FMCG) at Summit Human Resource & Marketing Consultant

Net Salary range :Ksh35k-45k plus sales commission

Age bracket: 26-35 years

JOB SUMMARY

Our client is urgently looking for Regional Sales Executives with previous FMCG sales experience strictly handling Either RIFT VALLEY,KISUMU/KISII,WESTERN OR KISII (regions)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Develop and build excellent account relationships with modern trade customers such as large and medium retail stores to leverage on business opportunities
• Plan and draw up the monthly sales promotions, quarterly customer reviews, yearly cumulative sales performance, and market and category performance.
• Develop and implement annual Joint Business Plan and business review with retailers and principal accounts.
• To formulate and execute Sales objectives, plans and strategies.
• To identify and evaluate market opportunities related to the assigned account(s).
• Evaluate promotion effectiveness to maximize ROI.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience handling wholesalers in either Western/Rift Valley/Nyanza/Kisii regions is AMUST..
• Experience and knowledge in FMCG field sales is a MUST preferable diaper, washing detergent and sanitary pad.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Honesty and integrity.
• Good in data analysis and presentation
