Overall Purpose: The Regional Team Lead coordinates field activities planned for field teams assigned installation, decommission, support tickets and maintenance of customer link tasks

TASKS DESCRIPTION

Role Summary

The core Responsibilities of the Regional Team Lead is to plan and coordinate regional project activities including Installation/Decommission/Maintenance/Support activities for BTN by following the recommended procedures and quality guidelines to achieve the target outcomes.

Key Measures of Performance 

1. Attend 95% of all assigned tickets within SLA
2. 100% documentation of assigned & completed tickets/sites
3.  Achieve Net Promoter Score of 95% and above for all assigned tickets
4.  Ensure assigned regional team maintain 100% OHS Compliance during attendance for all sites attended in the region assigned
5.  Ensure assigned regional team maintain 100% adherence to non-negotiable standards for all sites attended in the region assigned

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, IT or equivalent domain.
2.  Practical knowledge of wireless technologies, optical fiber network, troubleshooting & maintenance.
3.  Certification in any industry standards desirable
4.  Health & Safety Training and certification is an added advantage
5.  Work At Height Training is an added advantage
6.  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, designs, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. 
7. NTSA Driving License for small commercial saloon car
