Relations Officer - Insurance at Tai Sacco Society Limited

Reports To: Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and sell insurance products.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Analyze client needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
• Handle renewals, claims follow-up, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in a business-related course; COP certificate is a must.
• At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer care skills.
• Age: 25 years and above.
