    Relocation Officer

    • We’re looking for an enthusiastic and autonomous Relocation Officer to manage corporate client relocations across Africa, ensuring a seamless transition for expatriates. 
    • This role is at the heart of our business, helping us drive growth and long-term success.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Housing & Schooling Visits: Coordinate and organize visits for expatriates to find the perfect home and educational facilities.
    • Lease Agreements & Security Audits: Prepare lease agreements and conduct security checks for expat accommodations.
    • Client Preview Trips & Area Orientation: Arrange orientation tours to help clients settle in with confidence.
    • Transport Solutions & Compliance: Assist in securing transport options while ensuring regulatory compliance.
    • Banking & Insurance Support: Guide clients through banking procedures and insurance setup.
    • Pet Import & Export Assistance: Manage logistics and compliance for relocating pets.
    • Domestic Staff Recruitment: Find and vet the best household staff for expatriates.
    • Client Database & CRM Management: Keep records updated for smooth operations and strategic decision-making.
    • Strategic Reporting: Provide key insights and reports to the Relocation Manager.
    • Lead Generation & Business Growth: Expand our client base and drive revenue.
    • Market Insights & Strategy: Share valuable market trends and strategies.
    • And More! Be ready to take on additional tasks to ensure exceptional service delivery.

    Who We’re Looking For:

    • Education: Degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Relocation or Real Estate industries.
    • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, multitasking, and project management abilities.
    • Language: Fluent in English (French is a plus!).
    • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the expatriation and real estate markets.
    • Sales Acumen: Proven track record in B2B sales.
