    Replenishment Specialist - Exports

    A day in the life of a Replenishment Specialist:

    • Generation of optimized replenishment orders in Nestlé or customer replenishment system while balancing inventory and service goals using information such as sales history, forecast and customer/Nestlé stock availability. 
    • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely shipping and receipt of relevant documents needed for product clearance.
    • Proactive engagement with customers and sales team to ensure  out of stock risks and generation of effective mitigation actions required (i.e., defining stock allocation rules for limited stock).
    • Using  replenishment excel based tools  to drive   alignment with Nestlé and Customer  to manage   inventory, invoicing ,  lead-times  and  meet delivery  dates while focusing on meeting  monthly business objectives.
    • Collaborate  with cross-functional business partners such Physical Logistics, Demand and Supply Planning (DSP), Finance and commercial teams to drive business & replenishment activities.   
    • Engage with customers to resolve issues and concerns related to shipment , documentations, stock replenishment and invoicing and to serve as the primary point of contact and advocate with export customers.
    • Drive and encourage continuous improvement within the team moving to a more efficient exception management process meeting all internal/external KPI's and service level agreements.

    What will make you successful?

    • Bachelors’ Degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management.
    • 3 years operational experience in order fulfillment role preferably in FMCG.
    • Understanding of Logistics processes including Materials Handling e.g., picking to deliver, transport optimization.
    • Understanding of the O2C flow and key business functions outside of the O2C stream.
    • Proficiency in Data analysis and working  knowledge of  Excel.
    • Good communication skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders
    • Knowledge of SAP.
