About The Role

• Formulation of new products; project management including planning and following a schedule, autonomously or with minimum supervision
• Lab preparation and efficacy test on prototype products.
• Conduct focus groups to establish the trend when developing a new product.
• Test benchmarks against new developed product in liaison with beauty professionals.
• Conduct product tests (physical, chemical and efficacy) on prototype and new products.
• Supervise preparation of the pilot and the first batches to ensure desired quality id achieved.
• Define quality standards parameters in liaison with the quality control for the new and improved products.
• R&I data maintenance.
• Maintain R&I laboratory to the required level and standards in both safety and quality.
• Management and maintain R&I laboratory raw materials inventory
   

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

You

• Has a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in industrial Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or Analytical Chemistry
• Has worked in a research lab or quality control Lab for cosmetic or pharmaceutical products.
• You are agile, independent and very hands-on
