Awareness Against Human Trafficking was founded in 2010 by a passionate group of lawyers, missionaries and humanitarians under the leadership of Radoslaw Malinowski who observed that Kenya had become a hub of human trafficking in East and Central Africa.
Scope of work
The successful candidate will be expected to be available immediately and for the duration of the project. The work will involve travel to various counties in Kenya which are among the study areas. The lead consultant will be expected to: develop mixed methods research tools, undertake training for research assistants, conduct pretest, analyse primary data collected by research assistants, research and analyze the existing secondary data on the topic, develop a first draft based on the collected data, conduct validation meetings, incorporate feedback from stakeholders, develop and submit the final draft report. The Lead Consultant should have previous experience in undertaking research, the ability to work rapidly and in coordination with the research team.

Duration of the assignment
The assignment is scheduled to take 20 working days per month i.e. between the date of signing the Agreement between HAART Kenya and the awarded Consultant and the date of provision of the final report.
