    Restaurant Supervisor

    We are pleased to announce the opening for the position of Restaurant Supervisor. If you meet the following qualifications, please feel free to send your resume through.

    Restaurant Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Schedule all activities for restaurant staff according to guidelines and ensure proper uniform of staff at all times and provide assistance to all guests and administer all requirements for meals
    2. Oversee all work in shift and restock all supplies at end of shift and perform regular inspections on all equipment and recommend required repairs.
    3. Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
    4. Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards of waiters
    5. Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
    6. Ensure that all checklists, requisitions, and proper opening and closing duties are completed for each shift.
    7. Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary
    8. Communicate with the staff on pertinent information such as menu changes, equipment issues, reservations, and guest’s special needs
    9. Communicate with all guests with a clear and kind tone and make every effort to resolve and conflict to ensure the guest's highest satisfaction.
    10. Ensure that all steps of service, policies, and procedures outlined in the employee manual are followed on a daily basis.

    Restaurant Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications

    1. Minimum of three years fine dining, full-service restaurant experience, supervisory role preferred.
    2. Advanced skills in Restaurant Point of Sales experience
    3. Advanced oral and written communication skills Latin/Italian will be an added advantage
    4. Excellent organizational and possess the ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks.
