    Revenue & Growth Manager

    Role Description

    The Revenue & Growth Manager (RGM) drives revenue growth through strategic market penetration, business development, sales leadership, prequalification and tender management. This role oversees the full sales cycle from lead generation, pipeline management and tender preparation to deal negotiation and closing high-value contracts. The RGM also supervises marketing and client support teams to ensure optimal customer engagement, brand visibility and revenue realization. The role works closely with the Business Generation HOD to align strategies with company goals and market opportunities while identifying new revenue streams and growth initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Business Development, Sales & Tendering

    • Lead generation, prospecting, prequalification, quotes & tender pipeline management, dormant account reactivation and sector-based market penetration.
    • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, competitive landscape and sales patterns to inform strategy.
    • Take full ownership of the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data at all times.
    • Maintain clear visibility of the sales pipeline, tracking all deals from lead generation to closure.
    • Tender Management: Prepare, review and submit accurate bids and proposals; manage pre-qualification processes and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
    • Deal Closing: Negotiate, finalize and close high-value deals with clients, ensuring profitable contracts and timely revenue realization.
    • Collaborate with BG HOD to maintain pipeline quality, forecast sales and ensure conversion readiness.
    • Identify and implement new revenue opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.

    Marketing Oversight

    • Lead the Marketing Officer in planning and executing digital campaigns, website management to enhance RTO, social media initiatives, influencer collaborations and brand visibility programs.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies, conduct market research and align campaigns with business objectives.
    • Oversee content creation, events, promotional activities and customer engagement programs.
    • Monitor marketing performance, manage budgets and optimize vendor relationships to maximize ROI.
    • Drive brand awareness through corporate initiatives, roadshows, branch ambassadors and influencer campaigns.

    Team Supervision

    • Oversee sales team activities, pipeline, driving performance to achieve targets.
    • Supervise Interior Designer to ensure showroom aesthetics, commercial relevance and project ROI.
    • Manage Sales Support Team to ensure timely and accurate customer communication across email, WhatsApp, IFMIS and EGP, maintaining zero backlog.
    • Mentor, coach and develop team members to build capability and succession planning.

    Business Growth & Strategic Initiatives

    • Develop new revenue streams through retail channels, real estate partnerships and high-value client segments.
    • Identify, pursue and execute strategies to maximize client acquisition, retention and cross-selling.
    • Implement monthly and quarterly business reviews to monitor progress against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Collaborate across functions to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue realization.

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and handling data-driven insights to inform decision-making
    • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing or tender management, preferably in B2B sectors.
    • Experience in Sales and driving revenue-generation strategies
    • Project Management expertise to oversee and coordinate initiatives effectively
    • Familiarity with Analytics tools and techniques to monitor and improve performance
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating with diverse teams
    • Previous experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry is an added advantage
