The objective of this is to procure a secure, scalable, and integrated ERP solution to strengthen business development, fundraising, human resource management, financial management, grants and project management, internal controls, reporting, and overall operational efficiency across the organization.
Scope
The scope of this includes system design, configuration, implementation, data migration, training, documentation, and post-implementation support. Detailed functional and non-functional requirements are provided in the RFP document and accompanying appendices.
